Determine which Internet browser you have open. If you don't know which browser you're using, here's how to find out:
- On PCs and Windows operating systems, open "Help" on the browser bar (at the top of the browser). Then select "About."
- On Macs and Mac operating systems, the browser name (e.g. Safari, Firefox) will appear directly to the right of the Apple icon in the menu bar at top. To find out the exact version of the browser you have open, click on the browser name, then select "About (browser name)."
